Gentiva Hospice Foundation’s mission is to support and educate persons and organizations dealing with life-limiting illnesses. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization funded by generous donations from grateful families and friends of our patients.

announcement On January 1, 2012, Odyssey VistaCare Hospice Foundation changed its name to Gentiva Hospice Foundation. The Foundation supports Odyssey, VistaCare, and Gentiva Legacy hospice locations and their patients.
